Huai (Harry) Wang is a founding and managing partner of Linear Venture L.P. (Linear), a fund specialized in early stage technology investments related to China and the greater Asia area. Huai has led investments in more than 40 technology companies, such as DianRong (US$700M), Ayla Networks, Rokid, Horizon Robotics, Sensors Data, Tezign, EHang, Kujiale, etc. He aslo served as a CEO advisor to Dianping.com(US$7B) and Baixing(US$700M). In 2013, Huai published a book, How Facebook was Engineered, which became popular in the Internet startup community. He served as a Judge for Forbes China 30 under 30 in 2014 and 2013. Prior to co-founding Linear, Huai worked for Facebook in California as an engineering manager and joined Facebook in its early years (early 2007) when there were about 100 employees. He earned his MS degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and his BS degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang Univerity. Huai is a Fellow of the third class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Ms. Veronica Wu is the Co-President of China Science and Merchants Capital Management Group (CSC) overseeing the group’s international business development and operations. Ms. Wu joined the group in April 2015.

Ms. Wu is a seasoned business executive with both strategic planning and operating roles. Wu served as Vice President of Tesla Motors overseeing China Operation. She helped to lay the operational foundation for Tesla in China we well as spearheaded entry into 7 cities and delivery of thousand of cars within the first year.

Before Tesla, Ms. Wu was the General Manager for Education and Enterprise, Greater China for Apple Inc. for 7+ years. Ms. Wu was instrumental in building this business in Asia from the ground up. She grew the business 20x over her tenure at Apple to over a Billion dollar business and groomed the team.

Prior to Apple, Ms. Wu was Director of Ecosystem for Motorola Mobile Devices Division. She led the first prototype of voice navigation on model device (which later on developed into Siri) at Motorola. Ms. Wu was also Associate Principle at McKinsey & Company in its Greater China office with focus in High-Tech sector where she worked with a plethora of Multinational, Local private and Stated owned enterprises.
