I'd Like To Teach The World: Music Supervise an Ad
Ever wanted to try your hand at music supervision for ads? For this panel, we'll supply an actual broadcast ad (via private video link, minus the music) and let you, the audience, pick the perfect soundtrack. You'll get the exact same creative brief that was sent out to supervisors for the spot. We'll select a short-list of the best submissions, edit them to picture, and critique them for you live. We'll discuss how well the choices meet the creative needs of the spot, how the lyrics and production work to picture, and whether or not the music choices represent the right marriage of visual and sound to make the spot a success.
