Weird Weather and Climate Change: A Digital Marriage

Monday, March 14
3:30PM - 4:30PM

Hilton Austin Downtown
Salon G
500 E 4th St

What’s up with the weather? Record heat, record rainfall, record drought. We’re feeling the effects of a warming planet on a very personal level as climate change shows up locally as wild and weird weather. Increasingly, we can tap into a growing network of websites and apps that keeps us up-to-date on changing weather conditions and in-the-know on how global warming is making those conditions more extreme.

Join our panel as they discuss new ways that climate change is being married with weather in the digital sphere and highlight the best practices in storytelling and data visualization.
