Creative technology driven work environments such as: design firms, advertising agencies and product development companies, offer prime opportunities to thrive and create work that will shape the world.

Blacks may not fit the stereotypical image of the people at these companies but still poses the dynamic ability to lead and shape innovative work.

With comparatively less connections and career opportunities how can blacks break the creative technology color barrier. How can we as leaders, managers and co-workers help foster inclusion with the goal of doing great work?
