In 2013, Brian co-founded Ayni Brigade with a mission of helping our clients and their brands achieve their full potential by maximizing the talent, training and integrity of Military Veterans to create truly unique brand experiences.

Throughout his careers in the U.S. Marines Corps and in the advertising industry, Brian has been guided by the leadership traits he learned as a young Marine. Taking care of the troops has been at the core of his leadership philosophy. Brian has been successful in the Ad Business by applying those leadership traits while leading companies large and small. Brian excels at the challenge of solving complex problems for his clients and leading teams to meet and then exceed their goals and objectives.
