Ann Greenberg is a serial entrepreneur, who co-founded Gracenote, the first crowd-sourced company and the leading metadata and Automatic Content Recognition service embedded in over a billion devices, (Apple, Samsung, Amazon, Xbox, Roku) and over 80 million cars. Gracenote was acquired by Sony in 2008 and is now owned by Tribune. Ann has multiple patents for media identification, synchronization and automatic generation. At her new company, Sceneplay, Inc. Ann is building a blockchain storytelling platform, automates the production of scripted-media. Ann also runs the Hugging Company, a 21st Century incubator to house her other work, including: original VR projects; a automatic plot generator; a fan-articulated data analytics system (Fanpulse); and an AI-based marketplace and a (hardware) viewer for spherical storytelling.
Ann also mentors Korea’s 1st accelerator, SparkLabs, including MangoPlate (Korea’s Yelp). She advises technology companies, Busby.io and Fem-Inc. Previously, Ann advised and helped build TourWrist/Sphere, a shoot and share VR company (winner of DEMO and best in show at MacWorld.) Ann designed the original immersive story-mapping concepts for the documentary From the Four Corners of the Earth and she conceived of and produced the world’s first SongPano, (her concept of immersive album covers) which she produced with Interscope. In 1992, Ann co-founded ION a pioneering digital studio to create immersive entertainment which invented early interactive cinema systems, enhanced CD formats and groundbreaking intelligent media players. ION partnered with BMG and published artists including: David Bowie, Brian Eno, Primus. Other projects developed included “Robecca, a Digital Frankenstein” built from collective memory, “Immersive Digital Dante” and Ray Zone’s 3DWorld. Prior to ION, Greenberg headed marketing for the Academy Award winning Pressman Films.

William Kendall is a Los Angeles-based writer-producer with 15 years of creative leadership in multi-platform storytelling, content development, experience design, and worldbuilding. He specializes in connecting storyworlds, characters, and audiences across screens.

His credits include market-leading TV and digital series — and award-winning interactive entertainment — for studios, networks, and online video platforms such as CBS, SyFy, Universal Interactive, MTV Networks, Hulu, and YouTube.

On CBS's UNDER THE DOME, Kendall developed, wrote, and produced the multi-platform fiction for season 2, including creating a new online character who later appears in the show and becomes a fan favorite. He also co-wrote one of season 2’s finale episodes, “Turn.”

Previously, he was a key creative lead on cross-media teams that delivered some of the biggest digital entertainment and social media launches of the past decade, including BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: THE RESISTANCE, THE HULK (interactive), YouTube influencer RYAN HIGA’s first online feature, and CRISTIANO RONALDO’S official digital presence.

Kendall graduated with Distinction from Stanford University, and is a member of the Television Academy, StoryForward (formerly Transmedia LA), and WGA-West. He mentors for the GVS Transmedia Accelerator in Hawaii (www.gvsaccelerator.com); and previously served as co-project lead and then mentor at the AFI Digital Content Lab.
