Tamara founded social media management agency Emoderation in 2002, before the explosion of Facebook and Twitter, following her passion for all things digital. In 2013, she co-founded Polpeo, a social media crisis simulation tool.

From the beginning, Tamara decided that she wanted to do things differently. Tamara has been selected as a mentor at SXSW 2016 and in these sessions, she will share her experiences to help entrepreneurs implement new ways of working to help grow their businesses.
