I've been consulting as a designer, market researcher and brand strategist for 14 years. I've worked mostly with small companies and startups, cracking the code of high-speed innovation where design and business overlap. This work has culminated in a strong perspective about the future of work—and the fate of our economy. I believe that it is the individual, not the organization, who will seize this moment and create the changes our society needs. My work is shifting towards coaching and training around what I believe are the essential frameworks and skills for this future.
