Since the advent of the iPod, Adam has represented businesses, artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs in various transactional matters and complex litigation across the country. Licensed in Minnesota and California, Adam’s practice has significant reach, focusing on reviewing, drafting, and enforcing contracts of all shapes and sizes, protecting and exploiting clients’ entertainment assets and intellectual property, business formation, commercial litigation, information technology, and all aspects of entertainment law.

Coupled with his background as a songwriter and frontman for a touring, indie rock band, Adam’s trial, entrepreneurial and "in-the-trenches" experience provides a common bond with clients who put their hearts and souls into their creative and business endeavors.

Adam was selected as a Super Lawyer® by his peers in 2015, and has held several leadership positions with the MSBA, including the current Chair of the Arts & Entertainment Section of the MSBA.
