One Robot Doesn't Fit All
The robots aren’t coming: they’re already here. While today’s robots don’t look like the automatons we’ve seen in sci-fi movies, in point of fact much of what we take for granted today is a result of everyday robots. To highlight the opportunities and concerns that we should have as we enter the robot age, we present a conversation with three speakers working on designing and researching with robots today. Thavidu Ranatunga is CIO at Fellow Robots in Silicon Valley. Wendy Ju is a leading human-robot interaction researcher from Stanford, CA. Leila Takayama is a mystery researcher at GoogleX.
