Dr. Froswa' Booker-Drew has an extensive background in nonprofit management, partnership development, training and education. She is an author and assists a number of organizations through her business, Soulstice Consultancy as a speaker, leadership/management and nonprofit consultant, trainer, and coach.
Booker-Drew was a part of the documentary, Friendly Captivity, a film that follows a cast of 7 women from Dallas to India. She was a semi-finalist for the SMU TED Talks in 2012, received Big Heart Global Award from Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in 2014, 2013 Recognized Alumni from the History Department of the University of Texas at Arlington, 2012 Outstanding African American Alumni Award from the University of Texas at Arlington, 2009 Woman of the Year Award by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and was awarded Diversity Ambassador for the American Red Cross. Froswa' graduated with PhD from Antioch University in Leadership and Change with a focus on relational leadership and social capital.
She is the author of two workbooks for women, Rules of Engagement: Making Connections Last and Ready for a Revolution: 30 Days to Jolt Your Life. She also writes for a variety of publications around the world, is an adjunct professor teaching Master’s Level Leadership courses and a Post Doctoral Fellow at Antioch University.
