As Facebook continues to stack the deck against smaller businesses, the promise of social commerce serving as a viable sales and marketing channel is in dire flux. This session will provide data and case studies around the fall of social commerce from an organic standpoint, as well as provide in-depth tips and suggestions to salvage what’s left of the social commerce empire. From various content types to making investments in paid social advertising, this expert panel will share various perspectives on which social channels continue to hold the most promise and what techniques can lead to actual results. Finally, the panel will share thoughts on the future of social commerce, namely how marketers and business owners must reprioritize and reframe social media into their overall strategy.
