Andrew Udin serves as General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs of MRY. In this role, Andrew is responsible for overseeing all of MRY’s legal matters, focusing on the areas of advertising, social media, trademark, right to publicity, contract negotiation, and general business affairs. Prior to working at MRY, Andrew was a partner at the law firm of Arent Fox, LLP in New York.

Andrew has spoken at numerous events and conferences around the country, and has written for various publications. Most recently, Andrew was published in Forbes Magazine.

In his life beyond the law, Andrew enjoys traveling as much as possible with his family, playing football with his sons, snowboarding, and seeing live music.

Andrew is a graduate of Binghamton University and American University Law School.
