As CEO for WP Engine, Heather is focused on business strategy, global growth and customer experience. A 24-yr technology veteran, Heather has created business value for both new ventures and Fortune 500 companies. Heather served as COO of Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV), seeing all stages of early, rapid global growth, through to IPO and two acquisition integrations. Before Bazaarvoice, Heather served as president and CEO of Nuvo, a subsidiary of Trilogy, and COO for B-Side (acquired by Slated). She has held other executive roles at technology companies, including Coremetrics (acquired by IBM), Trilogy, Concero, Oracle, and Accenture.

Heather is an angel investor, start-up advisor and partner at Capital Factory, and she serves on the board for the Entrepreneurs Foundation and the Bazaarvoice Foundation. In 2010, the Austin Business Journal named her a Profiles in Power “Woman of Influence.” Heather holds a bachelor's degree in international economics from Trinity University.

Scott Francis has worked in enterprise software and BPM for more than 20 years. In 2007 he co-founded BP3, a bootstrapped BPM consulting firm that applies startup thinking to a services business. Since inception, BP3 has grown from 2 employees to more than 60. In 2014 the Austin Business Journal named it a best place to work and has listed it on the Austin Fast 50 for 3 years running.

Previously, Scott was Chief Architect and Director of Technical Services at Lombardi Software(acquired by IBM). Before joining Lombardi, Scott spent more than 7 years at Trilogy in several senior staff and management roles in solution engineering, consulting, and development.

He is the moderator for the Trilogy alumni group and has helped organize three alumni conferences. He is also a Board Member of the Magellan International School, an immersion Spanish and IB program school and the fastest-growing private school in Austin. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford.
