Valentine produced Adrian and The Sickness’s fourth CD, B.F.D., which was released on Adrian’s own label, Fantom Records. The album, which charted on CMJ stations across the United States and Canada in early 2010, garnered high praise from fans and critics: “The Austin-based power trio delivers muscular rock & roll without a smidgen of roots, folk, or country - just the 1-4-5 and crank the volume.” (Margaret Moser, Austin Chronicle (Nov 20, 2009))
Adrian Conner has been touring throughout 2014 to support Be Your Own Saviour. This year’s highlight scoring as opening act for Brody Dalle in San Francisco. "The album goes into unpredictable territory, sometimes ambient, sometimes acoustic, then full out hard rock. Raw, edgy, filled with unstoppable confidence, Adrian delivers her best songwriting to date." Maria Mesa, Austin DAZE -May 6, 2014 “..Be Your Own Saviour packs so many head banging grooves into 11 songs.. it’s like a woman who’s said everhting she needs to say and slams the door in your face.” Nina Hernandez, AUSTIN CHRONCILE May 8th, 2014
