Agency President Becky Arreaga, along with business partners Liz Arreaga and Lynn Currie, formed experiential marketing agency Mercury Mambo in 1999. Headquartered in Austin, TX, Mercury Mambo specializes in developing targeted shopper, experiential and digital campaigns designed to drive sales at the point "Where Commerce & Culture Collide!". As specialist in nightlife marketing, Mercury Mambo maintains deep roots in the music industry, working with new and established talent. Becky earned a BA from Texas Tech University and a Masters in Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin. Becky currently serves on the National Board of Directors of the College of Mass Communications at Texas Tech University and the Board of Directors for the United Way for a Greater Austin. Becky is an award-winning graphic designer, having won 3rd place in her third grade fire prevention poster contest.

President of Creative Media Group and Creator of The Latin Mixx Conference & Awards, Montano, is a native of the Dominican Republic. Kevin has been involved in the marketing and promotions for 15 years. After forming The Turntable Assassins with his late cousin Jason “DJ Threat” Campbell of Hot 97, Kevin’s passion for music, and the art of DJing grew into a strong force that now consists of over 30 members throughout the US. With the loss of "DJ Threat's" in 2001, Kevin began The Jason "DJ Threat" Campbell Foundation. In 2005, Kevin created The Latin Mixx Conference & Latin Mixx Awards. Coming into its 5th year in 2010, The Latin Mixx Conference continues to be a huge success. The Mixx Cares, launched in 2010, helps bring DJs in touch with their community. Today Creative Media Group is heavily concentrated in marketing to, and with The DJ Lifestyle and has been very successful in helping major brands execute effective marketing strategies, which speak to the Latino Consumer.
