Latinos: Get Your Voice into Product Development
For Latinos working in technology, we did not need Google and Apple to release diversity numbers for us to understand we are vastly underrepresented. While tech is not the easiest field to be a Latino, it is an important field for us as a community to make traction in.
We know that technology companies need our unique perspective as Latinos to tap into our large and growing consumer base. However, in a field with so few of us it is easy to quickly lose this perspective.
In this session, we will discuss how our panelists were able to get their voices heard into product design, development, and marketing. We will also discuss how they use their Latino voices to make products better and more successful.
We will close the session with tips from the panelists on how they have retained their unique voice and open the floor for questions from the audience.
