While terrestrial radio remains important, successful audio businesses are also reaching fans through a variety of platforms including iTunes, Slacker, TuneIn, satellite, podcasts, and even simulcasting radio programming on TV. Offering fans multiple digital options to access content at their convenience is of ultimate importance to keep the business vibrant and growing. The evolution also includes an increased focus on interacting with fans through social media, talking with fans, not at them. ESPN Audio's Traug Keller, Colin Cowherd, Stephen A. Smith, along with Campus Insiders Bonnie Bernstein will discuss how the changes have impacted everything from format to content to promotion.
