Through collaborative sketching, you can jumpstart the design process and bring better ideas straight into your initial wireframes than if you try to fly solo. In this two and a half hour long workshop, we'll take the first 30 minutes to learn the benefits and characteristics of effective collaborative sketching for the user experience. We'll take a brief break, then take the next 90 minutes to participate in practical group exercises to experience the value of sketching and the steps in its process first hand. We'll finish by discussing the results of our work and by reviewing tools you can use for sketching collaboratively or on your own.
Your key takeaways: Learn why sketching collaboratively is better than sketching alone. Learn the characteristics of a good sketch. Learn the 4-step process behind collaborative sketching.
