The Innovator's DNA: The Five Innovation Skills
With the demand for innovation on the rise, managers and employees alike often wonder: “How can I be more creative?” Providing actionable insights to this simple but critical question, this session will focus on what we can learn from the everyday behaviors of the world’s most innovative leaders.
Drawing on more than twenty years of research and firsthand conversations with renowned trailblazers, Hal Gregersen, executive director of the MIT Leadership Center, has identified five discovery skills that constitute the innovator’s DNA.
In this session, we’ll dig deeper into what these discovery skills are and the impact they can have on our professional and personal lives. We’ll also focus our energy on actively developing these skills with a couple of experiential learning activities such as Catalytic Questioning, so attendees leave thinking differently – and more creatively – about their jobs and the world around them.
