Chris Taylor is founder and CEO of Square Root, a leading big data SaaS company focused on retail channel performance improvement. Since founding Square Root in 2006, Chris has remained true to its bootstrapped roots while achieving profitability every year and growing annual revenue to $12 million. This success is a direct result of Square Root’s approach to talent development: 1) think big, do bigger; 2) be customer inspired; 3) partner; and 4) thrive. This is an evolution of Trilogy’s “Only the Best” mantra.
Chris got his career start at Trilogy, where headed the West coast automotive business. He built this division into a highly profitable and strategic arm of the company. Chris also led the effort to develop Trilogy’s middle-tier distribution channel in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Chris has has advised several startups, including: TrueCar, Pricelock, and CarOrder. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Carnegie Mellon with degrees in computer science and psychology.Hide the rest

As CEO for WP Engine, Heather is focused on business strategy, global growth and customer experience. A 24-yr technology veteran, Heather has created business value for both new ventures and Fortune 500 companies. Heather served as COO of Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV), seeing all stages of early, rapid global growth, through to IPO and two acquisition integrations. Before Bazaarvoice, Heather served as president and CEO of Nuvo, a subsidiary of Trilogy, and COO for B-Side (acquired by Slated). She has held other executive roles at technology companies, including Coremetrics (acquired by IBM), Trilogy, Concero, Oracle, and Accenture.
Heather is an angel investor, start-up advisor and partner at Capital Factory, and she serves on the board for the Entrepreneurs Foundation and the Bazaarvoice Foundation. In 2010, the Austin Business Journal named her a Profiles in Power “Woman of Influence.” Heather holds a bachelor's degree in international economics from Trinity University.Hide the rest

John has more than 30 years of experience growing startups in product marketing and business development roles. He is the chief executive officer of Vast, a decision-making tool that leverages big data to help consumers make large purchases such as homes, cars, and vacations. Prior to founding Vast, John served as vice president of marketing and business development at Between Markets (acquired by Inovis). Before Between Markets, John spent 11 years as vice president of marketing and business development at enterprise software company Trilogy, where he was critical to the company’s growth from pre-revenue to $250 million in revenue. Previously, John was a director of technical marketing at Neuron Data and an AI associate at Shell Oil.

Scott Francis has worked in enterprise software and BPM for more than 20 years. In 2007 he co-founded BP3, a bootstrapped BPM consulting firm that applies startup thinking to a services business. Since inception, BP3 has grown from 2 employees to more than 60. In 2014 the Austin Business Journal named it a best place to work and has listed it on the Austin Fast 50 for 3 years running.
Previously, Scott was Chief Architect and Director of Technical Services at Lombardi Software(acquired by IBM). Before joining Lombardi, Scott spent more than 7 years at Trilogy in several senior staff and management roles in solution engineering, consulting, and development.
He is the moderator for the Trilogy alumni group and has helped organize three alumni conferences. He is also a Board Member of the Magellan International School, an immersion Spanish and IB program school and the fastest-growing private school in Austin.
