Bone in the Throat
Synopsis
Based on celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain's novel Bone in the Throat, the film is a gritty fast paced story about a young ambitious chef who, while trying to focus on getting ahead in his career, gets is pulled into the East End London mob by his Uncle who expects him to step up and join him. He now has to work quickly to undo his uncle’s mess, while staying alive and out of jail.

Graham is an Englishman who started as a commercial photographer in the UK. Graham directed a number of award winning spots for major brands. Now, his focus is to pursue his passion for long form creative story telling. His first foray into film is as the writer and director on SXSW premiere ‘Bone in the Throat’, a novel by Anthony Bourdain.
