As president, Sony Pictures Television (SPT), Steve Mosko oversees all television operations for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) worldwide. An SPE executive for more than two decades, Mosko leads the largest independent television studio, a company that ranks as a leader in the production and distribution of programming around the world. As president, Mosko also oversees the studio’s networks with 148 channel feeds available in more than 178 countries, reaching more than 1.2 billion cumulative households worldwide and 18 production companies in 13 countries outside the US. Also under his direction are global distribution of feature film and television content, digital networks and advertiser sales. Some of the programs currently in production at the studio include the original network primetime series "The Blacklist," "The Night Shift" and "Marry Me" for NBC; "The Goldbergs," and "Shark Tank" for ABC; and "Battle Creek" and "The McCarthy's" CBS." The studio also produces a prolific roster of primetime cable series including dramas "Masters of Sex" for Showtime, "Better Call Saul" for AMC, "Helix" for SyFy, "Outlander" for Starz, "Bloodline" for Netflix; and comedy "Your Family or Mine" for TBS. Additionally, the studio produces critically-acclaimed, highly-rated motion-pictures-for-television including the blockbuster Emmy Award-winner "Hatfields & McCoys." Under Mosko's direction, SPT programming has been awarded the industry's top honors including the 2013 and 2014 Emmy for Best Drama Series, the Golden Globe Award, two SAG awards, and the PGA Award for its phenomenal hit series “Breaking Bad.”
