Through her innovative compliance audits, Cedar Boschan has helped music clients recover tens of millions in unpaid royalties over the past decade. Since 2009, Cedar has been a partner in the boutique accounting firm of Hurewitz, Boschan & Co., which audits record labels, publishers, licensees and other music business partners. Based in Los Angeles, the firm provides other consulting services including forensic accounting and litigation support; Cedar has served as an expert witness and has calculated damages in music, video game, and other IP patent legal disputes. Before co-founding Hurewitz, Boschan & Co., Cedar managed music royalty audits at the firms of Wolinsky, Becker & Hurewitz as well as Miller, Kaplan, Arase & Co. Prior to her career as a royalty accountant, Cedar worked in the entertainment industry and earned a bachelor of science in the music industry from the University of Southern California.

Laura began her career in the music business after graduating with an BS Accounting Degree as an entry level publisher accountant at Capitol Records. She held increasingly responsible positions until becoming the Head of West Coast Royalties for Capitol/EMI Records. In 1994, she moved to the Universal Music Group as Vice President of Royalties. After completing the Polgram merger, she went to an Entertainment CPA Firm and performed music related inspections. She began her career at NKSFB in 2005 in the audit department originally auditing film studios on behalf of the entertainment labor unions. Today, she heads up the Royalty Department as a Director in the Business Management division of Nigro Karlin Segal Feldstein & Bolno.

Gerri Leonard was born and raised in Southern California, in a bilingual Mexican household. She remained in the Los Angeles area for college, and received a Bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University.
Gerri began making a name for herself over thirty years ago with some of the most influential figures in the music industry. She started her own business management firm, Sendyk, Leonard & Co., in 1993, and today she is the president of Leonard Business Management, Inc., located in Santa Monica, California.
Gerri has extensive knowledge and experience in business management, specializing in tour accounting, and has earned a reputation as a dedicated and savvy veteran in the music industry. She served for five years on the Audit Committee of the Grammy Foundation; she is a member of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP); she is a member of the National Latina Business Women's Association Los Angeles (NLBWALA);a member of SAG; a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences; a charter member of The LAB, an entertainment women's business group; and serves on the Board of Directors of the Artists for the Arts Foundation, and also serves as Treasurer for that organization.
