Tesoro – Art highly prized for its beauty and perfection.

"Tesoro creates young, hip, progressive pop-oriented flamenco that appeals to a diverse fan-base. Those fond of acts like The Gipsy Kings, contemporary Latin pop or international music in general will gravitate toward their dance-inducing grooves... These guys put on one heck of a show. I'm not sure where they excel the most - stage presence or musicianship."

- Kris Kerry - Rialto Theatre, Tucson AZ

Not many bands can live up to such a description. But in the case of Tucson based band, Tesoro, not only is this accurate, but it’s the only way to describe the myriad of styles and talent that make up this outstanding group.

High-Energy, Latin Gypsy Pop is the best way to sum up Tesoro’s sound. This regionally touring band puts on performances that are provocative and passionate, a flamenco-on-steroids energy at their live shows.

The NEW Self-Titled Tesoro Album – February 4, 2014 Release

Tesoro’s new studio album will be hot off the presses and ready for release to the public. The much anticipated record by Tesoro features all-original material co-produced with Jim Waters of Waterworks Recording (Sonic Youth, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Calexico). The band begins their album release tour in Baja California at the Baja Latino Fest in San Felipe, MX; then north through Southern California, east through Northern Arizona and New Mexico, and into Texas for SXSW 2014 and into Oklahoma.
