Burruss has a 20 + year career in artist development, online and festival community building, music sponsorship and digital monetization.
Caroline’s team has created an in house consultancy that executes sponsorship strategy, sales and execution across festivals like Buku, Tortuga, Electric Forest, Neon Desert and Pachanga!.
Prior to Austin City Limits Live, Burruss was the Vice President of National Sponsorship where she sold and executed sponsorships for Live Nation Amphitheatres, House of Blues and national Tours. Burruss specialized in custom tours like the Nintendo Fusion Tour, Playstation & Major League Baseball College tour. Burruss led sponsorship for Ozzfest from 2003- 2007, generating over $7 Million in sponsorship for Ozzfest alone.
Prior to Live Nation, Burruss was one of the founders ROTHBURY festival in Michigan, ChickClick.com and Revolution Promotion Management (now Team Clermont.)
