ATTENTION: This workshop is FULL. If you do not have a CONFIRMED seat, you will not be able to get in as space is very limited. Those with a confirmed seat must arrive by 9:25am or their seat will go to someone waiting onsite.

This workshop showcases examples from a variety of web, film, animation, and mobile design leaders as a starting point for learning how to build stories about transformational products and experiences. You will 1) understand the basic dynamics of storytelling, engagement, and surprise, 2) examine the mechanisms that make stories compelling and meaningful, 3) gain hands-on experience constructing a storyline by shifting perspective, audience, and story structure, and 4) learn how to build connection, develop product ideas, and drive innovation through the use of stories.

At the end of this workshop, you will have a better understanding of the art of storytelling and a set of tools for applying it to product design.

What to Bring:
- Pen and an unlined pad of paper.
- Three printed images of places, products, experiences, or ideas that inspire you (optional). Think about and be ready to share the characteristics of these experiences that inspire you.
