Author, contributor and reviewers of diverse articles and academic papers, Pedro’s current focus is Aceleratech, a leading Brazilian Start-Up accelerator he co-founded in 2012.

Rafael Moreira is coordinator in the IT sector, with a focus on Telecommunications, Software and IT services. Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), He has a MA in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Applied Computing from the University of Brasilia (UNB) and advanced studies in Management of High Technology Industries from the University of Shenzhen, China. He coordinated the economic advisory of the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL), Brazil. He was Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation, Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Brazil. He is currently on the career status of Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management, Director for ICT Policies, Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. He is CEO of Startup Brasil.
