Mentorships provide an opportunity for individual growth, allowing mentors and mentees to not only be better at what they do, but to also be happy. And when individuals are happy, they have a greater sense of fulfillment that ultimately leads to increased creativity and productivity within an organization or team environment.
Mentors are those who can inspire and pass on knowledge to others, while mentees look for ongoing guidance and encouragement in their role. Like many, they want to be inspired, but they want to be inspired through individual coaching and mentoring.
But do mentorships provide more than just opportunities for individual growth and success in the workplace? Can mentorships also increase creativity and innovative behavior, or even happiness? This session on the "Mentor Me" mentality offers a unique perspective on how mentorships can foster innovation, drive creativity, increase productivity, and strengthen relationships within organizations.

As VP, Engagement Director at MRM McCann, David works to develop digital media programs to help brands increase engagement with consumers online. Whether it’s identifying which digital content formats work best to reach audiences, or conducting analysis across a variety of digital media metrics, David is constantly pushing the envelope to understand how online behavior can be used to drive interaction between brands and consumers.
Currently, he leads a team of bright individuals in identifying how brands can effectively drive business results using digital communications across paid, owned and earned channels.
Aside from working in the advertising industry on the agency-side, David is also passionate about mentoring individuals to help increase their productivity, improve their presentation skills, and develop their creative and strategic thinking.
