#sxsw #AutoLife

Join Dave Asprey, Veronica Belmont & Maneesh Sethi as they discuss automating your life while running your business. Running a startup is an intense, all-consuming undertaking and new entrepreneurs have a hard time keeping up with the demands of their business and maintaining their relationships, social life, family, health, etc.
In this panel, we'll be discussing creative ways to utilize technology to automate your life while you are running your business. Moderated by Stephanie Burns.

Dave Asprey

Biohacker & Entrepreneur

The BulletProof Executive

The Financial Times calls him a “bio-hacker who takes self-quantification to the extreme of self-experimentation.” His writing has been published by the New York Times and Fortune, and he’s presented at Wharton, Kellogg, the University of California, and Singularity University. Not only does Dave blog about his extensive knowledge and recent findings over at the his Bulletproof Exec blog, he also has a number one rated podcast radio station and is the chairman of the Silicon Valley Health Institute.

Leading to Pavlok

Maneesh studied at Stanford University, has written four programming books (including an in- ternational bestseller), and helped launch numerous New York Times Bestsellers (such as The 4- Hour Chef by Tim Ferriss). You can read more about him at http://hackthesystem.com
