Death 2.0: How to Die on the Digital Frontier

In the 21st century, the oldest profession in the world must co-exist with the digital frontier. With this combination, a burgeoning new industry is emerging, a whole new way to understand how we 'do' death in our culture. We call this the 'Death Space'.

The Death Space is everywhere; videos, blogging, websites, and free online tools helping to take the fear away from death and dying. At the same time websites are helping you to decide what to do with your physical corpse and real world assets, there are a growing number of new resources dedicated to sorting through your online death,
ensuring you a strange kind of interweb immortality, post mortem.

Join a widow and an undertaker (Chanel from Get Your Shit Together and Caitlin from the Order of the Good Death) for a real-world guide to dying in the cloud.

Get Your Shit Together

After 20+ years in the creative, digital, and interactive space I came across this whole death thing by 'accident'. Turns out, old-fashioned dying in this modern world can get very, very complicated - so I launched GYST to share essential tools, tips & (free) templates I wish I'd had ahead of time.

Mostly, I want you, and everyone you know, to cover yourself with the critical life & death planning basics you need to remove whatever 'optional' suffering you can. Then, you can feel better, stop worrying about the things you actually can change, and get on with living your bad-ass life.
