Advanced Social Media Monitoring
RSVP Required - The advanced social media monitoring workshop will exist in two parts. The first half will assess the state of the social media monitoring industry from bottom to top.
Examples will be given on the holistic affects it's had on industries. These examples will come from both brand and agency representatives, with case studies of the cause and the effect behind social media monitoring initiatives.
The second half will be consumed primarily with where social media monitoring is going and what needs to happen for it to get there. This will be framed with a technical best practices presentations, where analysts walk through the creation of a high level brand report with frontline tactics and tools .
Combined, both halves will provide a outline of the past, present and future of social media monitoring. Attendees will takeaway how to keep clients happy and what must be done to remain ahead of the competition.
An understanding of basic analytics, marketing terminology, and social media platforms is helpful. We'll be sending out a survey form to attendees prior to the event, and using this as part of the workshop.
What to Bring:
The instructors will make workshop materials available online for attendees, but you should bring paper and a pen to take notes and sketch out ideas. You should also bring real-world problems we can share and brainstorm as a group.
