In the Weston’s 45-year marriage, John controlled his submissive wife, Sheila, until one day, she had finally had enough. After months of separation and in the heat of divorce, John has ignored all attempts to divide his meager estate with Sheila. Bringing her lawyer as back-up, Sheila returns to John’s shale pit to make one final push. When they arrive, John’s only plan is to refuse Sheila what she’s after.

Jed grew up in Southern Oregon with four brothers where a neighboring shale pit was the perfect playground. His filmmaking successes include making award winning commercials and screening his short films at Sundance, Slamdance, and now SXSW. Currently, Jed resides in NYC where he recently completed an MFA film degree at Columbia University.
