MODERATOR Kyle Hopkins Head of Music Supervision Xbox/Microsoft

Kyle Hopkins oversees music supervision for Microsoft. He curates soundtracks for Xbox game titles such as Forza Motorsport, Nike+ Kinect Training, Kinect Adventures, Crackdown 2 and Alan Wake, and consults on originally composed projects such as Halo 4. Kyle also places music in Xbox game trailers and brand campaigns for Windows Phone, Windows Operating System, Xbox Live, and MSN. You can also hear Kyle on award-winning KEXP 90.3fm in Seattle, where he hosts two weekly radio programs.

Matt Riley Sync Licensing, Digital Mktg Hospital Records

Matt Riley is head of digital marketing and sync licensing at Hospital Records. After getting into music as a DJ and promoter, Matt joined Hospital in 2005 and has had a key role in the label’s online response to an ever changing digital marketplace.

Matt oversees all of Hospital Records promotional output on the web, seeing great success with artists such as Netsky, Camo & Krooked, Danny Byrd and High Contrast. In his time working at Hospital, Matt and the team have won three BT digital music awards for the Hospital Podcast, Hospital also became the first UK record label to stream live on YouTube, broadcasting the event "Hospitality at Brixton Academy" in April 2011. Matt heads up all of Hospital's creative content on YouTube. In 2012, Hospital tracks were streamed 130 million times.

Matt also heads up Hospital’s sync licensing activity, synching many tracks to films, TV shows, advertisements and computer games, working with the likes of Sony, Microsoft Xbox, Samsung, EA Games, Disney and many more in the last 12 months.
