Horace Trubridge
Founder member of R&B/doowop band ‘Darts', Horace had a string of top ten hits and after 2 Gold and a Platinum album, 8 years of extensive touring and musically directing and appearing in the West End hit ‘Yakety Yak', ‘Darts' finally called it a day and Horace became a busy session musician. In 1990 Horace began working for the Musicians' Union as the Union's Careers Adviser. In 1997 he became the London Official negotiating for members at the Royal Opera House, English National Opera and West End theatres. In 2003 Horace was made Assistant General Secretary and now oversees all of the Union's collective agreements

Joined BPI, the representative body of the British Recording Industry, after 12 years as a civil servant in the UK Government with spells in the UK Treasury and Cabinet Office.

Before that had worked as a researcher in Parliament. Early career was as an elected member of the Executive of the National Union of Students.

Was a gig promoter and venue stage manager at University, DJ and drummer in several bands but left it behind for politics...

Andrew Missingham is a strategist, specialising in exploring future cultural trends, and emerging behaviours. Recent clients include Nike, HarrimanSteel, GameCity, the BBC, The Royal Academy of Arts and the Music Publishers Association.

His career started as a musician and record producer, working with the likes of Airto Moreira, Unkle, MC Solaar, Urban Species and Paul Oakenfold. Andrew has worked in over 40 countries around the world, amongst them, 16 in sub Saharan Africa. He was a fellow of the Clore Leadership programme in its inaugural year and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is a contributor to the international review of graphic design, Eye Magazine.
