Julio is COO of HD Made, a boutique digital firm in NYC. Since joining the firm in mid 2012 he has spearheaded and facilitated the process of aligning their mission and values; the shaping of their culture; and streamline operational process to leverage and maximize human capital in the fast and ever changing digital landscape. He has over 20 years of experience hiring and developing talent at Disney, Scripps and Nestle. He has led the successful acquisition and onboarding of 500 positions per year and establishing a Learning and Development department at Scripps; At Disney he led several restructures, all of the associated change-management efforts and associated role change strategy work. At Nestle Waters, he was a part of the top 75 leaders of the organization and played a key role establishing the values of the organization, it’s guiding pillars, as well as manage a team of HR professional charged with both tactical and strategic HR execution in alignment with business growth initiatives. Julio has also had a stint in an international role with YUM! Brands helping to broaden his background in the global HR arena. Julio started his career with as a management trainee at Philip Morris Companies (Altria) and The Schering Plough Corporation. Julio lives in NYC.
