This workshop explains the implementation of this type of program, walking attendees through step-by-step instructions on how to create, customize, execute and measure the program. Instructors will review best practices of large and small brands that have harnessed the power and voice of fans and advocates in social media.
Prior to the start of the session, attendees will fill out a questionnaire, where the responses will serve as a guide for a breakout portion with smaller groups with like-minded goals for more intimate and personalized discussions around implementing Brand Amplification Programs.
Prerequisites:
A reasonable understanding of the following topics: marketing, digital marketing, PR, customer experience and social media. A willingness to participate, share and learn. The ideal participant will work for an a brand, agency or association and have responsibility for at least one of the following areas: marketing, PR, social media, community, CRM, customer experience, membership, ecommerce, etc.

Prior to Dynamic Signal, Kenny consulted for various start-ups and agencies including Createch-Group and Social Finance (SoFi), helping drive marketing strategy and customer acquisition. He also spent 15 years at Adobe where he held global leadership roles in Acrobat product marketing and Education marketing.
Kenny lives in San Francisco with his wife and little dog Oreo, but remains a Canadian at heart.
