Babies are little people, but they are experiencing the world so much harder than everyone else. Pacified one moment, releasing harrowing screams the next. This film explores what might drive such conviction, visualizing a post-apocalyptic world through the "seemingly vacant" eyes of toddlers.

David Altobelli has directed projects for the likes of Cults, Sia, Philip Selway (Radiohead), Adidas, 55DSL, and Chipotle. "Tears" is his second film to screen at the festival.

Jeff Desom is a director, animator and visual artist from Luxembourg. His reworking of Hitchcock's Rear Window won him the 2012 Vimeo award in the remix category.
