Every birth is different. Nalan needs to prepare Kathi for the fact that her birth will take a different course. Anna enables Lea to have her desired birth, but gets into trouble for it.
Nalan loves her job as a midwife. However, her unfulfilled desire to have children weighs on her. Anna throws herself into her work to escape the marital strife at home. And for Greta, today is the first day as a midwifery student.
