Laurel Parmet

Laurel Parmet is a proud graduate of NYU's MFA film program, and her feature film debut "The Starling Girl", premiered in the U.S. Dramatic Competition at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. Her award-winning shorts have screened at SXSW, MoMA, Palm Springs, Outfest, and more. She was recently named one of Variety's 10 Directors to Watch for 2023.
