James aka JA'REY is originally from a small town called Thomasville, Ga. He moved to Texas in pursuit of his dream in August 2016. Ja'rey has been singing since the age of 15. His vocals are informed by gospel, soul, and R&B. His own written lyrics are based off his experiences throughout life's difficult times. He goes by the Artist name JA'REY in hopes of touching the souls of others with his lyrics. Performing gives him the opportunity to connect with his audience on a higher level and to inspire them that even though you're experiencing difficult times , make it your story to help someone else.
