Brandon Tseng

Brandon is the co-founder and CFO of Shield AI and a former Navy SEAL. Shield AI's mission is to protect service members and innocent civilians with artificially intelligent systems. Their goal is to eliminate military and civilian casualties by 2030.

Prior to Shield, Brandon proudly served in the US Navy for seven years prior to Shield AI. He deployed twice to Afghanistan with SEAL Team 7 and once to the Pacific Theater with SEAL Team 5. On those tours he did lots of great stuff, but will not write about it. Previously, he was the assistant chief engineer aboard the USS Pearl Harbor (LSD-52) and deployed to the Persian Gulf. He earned his mechanical engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy. He is also earning his MBA at Harvard Business School.
