Nicole Sanchez

Nicole Sanchez is GitHub's VP of Social Impact. She an organizational culture and management expert with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining GitHub, she was CEO of Vaya Consulting, a firm focused on supporting tech companies on diversity and inclusion efforts. Nicole holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. A self-described “people and culture geek,” Nicole has worked in both the public and private sectors on issues of engaging communities in education access, technology, and civic participation.
