Toni Morgan

Toni Morgan has an incredible knack for unearthing untapped talent and big opportunity. After crowdfunding her way to Harvard in 2015, Toni has taken the meaning of "hustle" to a whole new level. She is a public speaker, and the Founder of The Beat Academy, a venture that connects aspiring digital music composers to job opportunities in music, advertising, film, and TV. In 2016, she was awarded Harvard University's prestigious Education Entrepreneurship Fellowship, housed in the Harvard Innovation Lab. There she continues to advise and explore her three passions: social justice, economic empowerment and the arts.
