Cristin Moran

Dr. Cristin Moran is the Head of Front End Innovation for Critical & Chronic Care Solutions in 3M Healthcare. In this role she is charged with developing a world class innovation practice to enable greater value creation, delivery and capture through innovative commercialization. Cristin helps the business identify new technology/new market space opportunities. She trains and coaches teams in customer insight methodologies, business model development, and commercialization strategies, manages the innovation toolkit, and contributes to strategic planning for innovation.
