Jeri Ellsworth

Co-Founder
castAR

"Jeri Ellsworth is the Co-Founder of castAR, an augmented reality entertainment platform that transforms a user's physical environment into a digital playground.

Ellsworth has over 15 years of experience in electrical and mechanical engineering. When she wasn't amassing a massive pinball machine collection or competing in roller-derby, she was a born inventor. She became known in the early 2000s for creating a Commodore 64 system on a chip with a joystick. She went on to become a much sought-after hardware designer and worked with several companies, most notably being Valve Software where she was the first person hired for their augmented and virtual reality hardware division.

Ellsworth has been using her passion for gaming and extensive experience in hardware design to develop the first dedicated augmented reality gaming and entertainment platform, castAR.
