#creativestartups

Wherever creativity and artistic expression thrive, creative entrepreneurs are actively building businesses. In fact, sectors in the creative economy bring in almost $2.2 trillion in revenue and employ almost 30 million people globally. In many ways, the explosion of the creative economy can be seen as as a natural outcome of increased global creative exchange, as art and culture move easily across digital platforms. But how did that happen? And what does this mean for the future? This panel brings together experts from sectors such as international business and finance, urban planning, economics, and entrepreneurs to question how creative thinking and global inter-connectedness are changing our cities, communities, and economies.
