Use Behavior Change Science to Improve Your Health

Mar 13, 2017

12:30pm – 1:30pm CT

Your everyday choices can make or break your health. Drive or walk? Salad or fries? Even when you know intellectually what’s healthiest, immediate gratification can override your long term goals. In this session we’ll cover the basics of behavior change science, including the mental barriers that block you from achieving better health, and general strategies to overcome them. We’ll show specific examples of how financial rewards, interactive modelling, and virtual reality can help you to imagine yourself over time and motivate you to make healthier choices today.
