There has been a lot of talk about the lack of diversity in Silicon Valley, especially in venture capital. However, the story for corporate venture capital is different. There's been a shift in the balance of influence in the corporate VC world with the rise of female leadership, where nearly all of the top 50 firms in the nation have women in their senior investment ranks. Hear from some of the top women leaders in corporate venture capital, from GE Ventures, Intel Capital and Citi Ventures, discuss how they are empowering young, ambitious women to advocate for change in the corporate venture capital industry.
