The USDA Organic Seal is nearly 15 years old and three individual states have passed legislation to tackle GMO labeling. But moving forward, there is a new crop of buzz words popping up in the aisles of the grocery store including “beyond organic”, biodynamic, sustainable, grass fed, and pasture raised. This panel will tackle what these words mean, why or why not they important to the future of food, and whether or not they should they be regulated.
